During her consulting career, she worked on more than 45 projects and helped companies in bringing about transformational change. She has a diverse skill set that includes change management, business process development, recruiting, and training, company strategy, distribution strategy across PAN India for B2C and B2B companies, HR processes, policies development, training evaluation, and conducting training sessions.

Currently, Vimal Rathod is working as the Director of Operations at JD Lifescience, a surgical distributor with a presence across PAN India. She was also one of the co-founders of JD Lifescience and worked on the business strategy for the company. Her extensive experience in developing company strategy, distribution strategy, and HR processes has been instrumental in JD Lifesciences success. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company. Vimal Rathod has worked to implement changes within the company to improve efficiency or adapt to changes in the market.
